The “ASEAN+3 Economic Cooperation and Financial Stability Forum (or AMRO Forum)” fully complies with the Privacy Act, Information Act, and other relevant laws that protect users’ privacy and information. User data will not be used for unspecified purposes or provided to others without user consent.
1. Collection and Use of Personal Information
A. Items of Personal Information Collected
AMRO Forum Secretariat collects the following personal information during the registration process to provide you with registration and other services related to this event.

- Email address, Salutation, Name (First name and Last name), Designation, Organization, and Country of Residence.

* Website, Registration Form, Email
* Information provided by cooperative partners and organizations
2. Purpose of Collecting Personal Information
* Identification of registrants for confirmation or modification of registration details, and delivery of notifications
* To offer information or promote the conference by SMS, email, and DM
* To arrange invitations to accompanying persons (if applicable)
3. Duration of Retaining and Using Personal Information
We retain and use collected personal information from the date your registration until the purpose of collection and use of such information no longer applies.
Furthermore, collected personal information is immediately deleted when registration is cancelled, when consent to the Privacy Protection Policy and Participant Agreement is not given, when the purposes of collection and use of the personal information no longer apply, or when the period of retention and use ends.
However, we retain the following information for a specified period for the reasons below:
* For handling of participant’s inquiries: 30 days after withdrawal
* For providing related conference information: Until the contract termination
4. Outsourcing of Processing Personal Information
ONCOMMUNICATIONS Convention Services, Inc. may outsource personal information processing for the purpose of preparing and operating AMRO Forum.
5. Users have the right to decline their consent to provide personal information. However, those who do not provide at least the minimum required information may be denied access to participate in the AMRO Forum.
6. Any photographs and/or video footages taken on the event day may be used by AMRO for publicly purposes.
